This Giant QR Code Needs To Be Scanned While Flying Above It

In a unique bid to promote tourism, 130,000 juniper trees - 80cm to 2.5m in length - were used to create a square QR Code with 227 metre long edges in China's Xilinshui village. The local government has claimed that it can be scanned aerially i.e. when someone flies over it on the way to Beijing.
On scanning, the code redirects to Xilinshui's official tourism page on Chinese messaging app, WeChat. This was chosen due to the high popularity of QR codes among Chinese retailers, street vendors, and hence, buyers.
On the issue of scanning it accurately, Mashable comments that it will "need quick reflexes, a steady hand and perfect sunny weather."
