Google Launched UPI Based Payments App 'Tez' In India
Google has finally launched its UPI based payments app - Tez - in India. The app lets users link their bank accounts and make cashless payments using the government's UPI payment interface.
The app supports banks like ICICI, HDFC Bank, SBI and other banks that support UPI payments. Users can simply install the app from the Play Store (Free) and link their bank accounts with the app.
There is a payment limit of ₹1,00,000 every day, with a maximum number of transactions set at 20 per day. The app also includes a number of offers that users can claim by sending or receiving money from other Tez users.
